DELIVERY & PROCESSING CHARGES (D&P)
D&P is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, processing, transport, and handling.
Special Delivery requests and, including specification of carrier and/or future delivery dates, may include additional charges.
Delivery times are not guaranteed, notwithstanding additional charges, but are our best approximation and will vary with
specific requests, such as gift box & gift wrap. Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays. D&P is subject to
change and will be determined at the time of order and subject to the following:
Standard cost of D&P is $3.50 - Orders typically ship through USPS First Class Mail, or Priority Mail.
Unless an expedited service is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 5-10 business days after shipping.
ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO, AMERICAN SAMOA, PALAU AND U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS DELIVERIES
Additional D&P charges may apply. USPS Shipping options/costs vary by size of package and weight. Your order
should arrive in approximately 7-14 business days.
Local customers do not pay for D&P. USPS shipping is FREE within Guam. Order pick-up and delivery is available
by request and per schedule.
Add $3.00 to the applicable D&P charge. Your order will ship through USPS. Delivery Service will be determined at
checkout, shipping cost will be based on the size of package and weight. Order arrivals vary with destination, but
average about 14 days. Expedited services are available with additional costs.
DEPENDING ON LOCATION, ORDERS ARE TYPICALLY ACCOMPANIED WITH 'TRACKING NUMBERS' & 'DELIVERY CONFIRMATION'

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn,
unwashed, or effective merchandise. We cannot accept returns after 14 days of your receipt of the merchandise.
Return merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was
received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.
At the bottom of the packing slip enclosed with your order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you
wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment). Enclose the
return section of your packing slip with your item(s)
DanzCouture does not provide a store return shipping label with your packing slip. When sending your returns
please ship the item prepaid and insured through United States Postal Service (USPS) - Priority Mail Shipping.
